What is the Country Village Neighborhood Association?



It's really quite simple - we're a group of people that work to unite the neighborhood with a few events each year. We have no enforcement power and little to no interest in doing so.

This is an extremely affordable social group ($20 to $25/year) that gets you some perks and a chance to meet your neighbors.

Pricing



Country Village Neighborhood Association is a nonprofit that relies on a small annual fee to sustain our events.
These fees allow us to pay for the dumpster day and account for some of the prizes at the annual picnic.



Standard Household Rate

$25/Year



We are currently in the process of adding digital payment options. The slight increase in annual fees has been made to account for the increased cost of the dumpster as well as the 2.9% fee that we will be absorbing during the payment process.



Senior Household Discounted Rate 55+ (Annual)



$20/Year

How Our Group Works:



All Country Village homeowners receive their first year for free! After that, it's $25/year for households with a $5 discount for any senior households. As I'm sure you're gathering - we're pretty low-key! You can join by providing a check at any of the events or through Venmo: @countryvillagelakewood

Neighborhood Picnic
Sunday July 14th, 2024: 4-7PM
Hodgson Park



Come join in the fun with your neighbors. The Association will provide cheeseburgers, black-bean burgers, hotdogs, soft drinks and water. Bring your comfy chair, a dish to share and any yard games you'd like to play!


We will also have our annual meeting to elect officers and vote on changes to the by-laws. Please click anywhere in this yellow area to review the bylaws and proposed changes.


Paid members will be entered in a drawing for gift cards.


Reminder: Our annual dumpster day is Saturday, August 10th.
